ABOUT ECOGARDENS
At EcoGardens Landscape Design, we specialize in creating ecological gardens that prioritize working with nature to foster healthy soil, plants, and habitats with minimal maintenance. Our principal designer, Shireen Zia, holds a degree in Environmental Horticulture and Landscape Design as well as a Bachelor's in Psychology and brings a passion for gardening and connecting with people to the profession. Our designs focus on sustainability and functionality while maintaining aesthetic appeal, with a keen attention to detail to ensure year-round beauty. Our designer also serves as a Board Member for the APLD Bay Area District, as well as being a member of CNPS.

Shireen holds certifications as an APLD Certified Professional Designer, Qualified ReScape Landscape Designer, QWEL and MWELO Certified, Certified Greywater and Rain Garden Designer, Certified Laundry to Landscape Designer, and have six years of experience in the regenerative landscape industry.
